Information Technology Specialist (Information Security)

Duties: HelpExecute the Department of Defense Risk Management Framework lifecycle for assigned systems in support of ISSM responsibilities defined by DoD, DISA, USSOCOM, and USASOC directives. Implement tailored security procedures using standard risk assessment methodologies applied to local operational environments, processing procedures, and system components. Implement, distribute, and maintain localized plans, instructions, guidance, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) governing the security of automated systems operations. Review intelligence on cyber threats and conducts vulnerability assessments to evaluate risks to organizational networks and data.
