Key responsibilities:
Provide strategic oversight and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures for consumer offerings
Mentor and develop Consumer Underwriting staff while establishing annual objectives and monitoring performance
Identify and develop dealer opportunities to grow Ally's portfolio within the assigned territory
Required qualifications:
9+ years of experience in underwriting and/or auto finance
Demonstrated leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in business preferred
Ability to leverage technical expertise to influence strategy and drive results
Strong project management skills
