Senior Legal Counsel, U.S. Bar Licensed

Key responsibilities: Lead product legal strategy and execution, particularly around privacy, data, and compliance Develop scalable systems for addressing recurring legal questions and support cross-functional teams Establish processes for GDPR and data compliance vetting, reducing reliance on outside counsel

Required qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or with a top-tier firm serving tech clients Strong understanding of U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Familiarity with commercial contracts and intellectual property law
