Requirements:
5+ years of experience working in capital raising, venture capital relations, or institutional investor outreach.
Deep, established connections with VCs, family offices, HNWIs and institutional investors in the Crypto/DeFi ecosystem.
Mastery of fundraising mechanics, including pitch deck strategy and SAFE agreement structures.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
What Success Looks Like:
Execute the $3M Seed Round: Secure and close $3M in seed capital within a 90–120 day window via SAFE agreements. End to End Deal Leadership: Source, originate, and lead prospective investor discussions from initial outreach to deal execution.
