To support a growing independent company focused on critical digital infrastructure, the full-time New Product Development Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of new product development programs, including program ownership, cross-functional alignment, and risk management, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Assume overall program ownership after business case approval and project authorization Translate the approved business case into an executable program charter, integrated schedule, and resource plan Drive program performance to approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field 8 or more years of program or project management experience in complex product development Experience with critical power, switchgear, or electrical systems Familiarity with PLM, MES, or project portfolio management environments PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
