Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Quantitative Research, Actuarial Science, or a related field
Minimum of five years of related professional experience in an analytical role
Participation in Progressive's PM Assessment Process is required for selection
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence outcomes across teams
Experience with business implementations and product performance reporting
