State Licensed Care Team Supervisor

Key responsibilities: Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians and Leads, managing timecards and performance metrics Collaborate with the Workforce Management team to optimize staffing and maintain service level performance Conduct regular feedback conversations and coaching sessions to foster a positive team culture and support individual development

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred; state licensure or registration required where applicable 3+ years of experience in a healthcare contact center, retail pharmacy, or pharmacy operations setting Experience leading teams of pharmacy technicians preferred Strong understanding of pharmacy claims processing and industry terminology
