Key responsibilities:
Develop personalized academic and extracurricular plans for students
Provide comprehensive support throughout the college application process, including essay reviews and application materials
Advise on standardized testing strategies and assist in creating college lists
Required qualifications:
Graduate from a top 50 national university; advanced degrees are a plus
Experience as a college counselor with a successful track record of student acceptances
Availability in the afternoons and/or weekends for student meetings
Passion for education and expertise in essay writing and editing
Former admissions officer experience at top 50 colleges is preferred
