Retail Production Supervisor

Supervise retail production operations and assigned departments to support sales goals. Direct and coach production and department staff, ensure merchandise is processed, priced, signed, and handled properly, maintain attendance and safety records, resolve associate issues, and oversee store exterior upkeep. Requires two years of progressive retail experience and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly. Oversee production operations and assigned departments to achieve store sales goals.
