Remote Director & Counsel - Conflicts & New Business Intake

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is seeking a Director and Counsel, New Business Intake to lead the conflicts and new business intake function. You will oversee conflicts clearance, intake strategy, and policy development in collaboration with the CFO, General Counsel, and Ethics Attorney, while supervising the Conflicts Analyst and New Business Intake Specialist. You will ensure compliance with professional responsibility rules, evaluate new hires, clients, and matters, and drive continuous
