Director of Warehouse Operations

Position Summary: The Director of Warehouse Operations is responsible for the direction and oversight of the Ministry Outreach Center, including tracking, receiving, storage, and distribution of gift-in-kind donations, oversight of Client Services operations and oversight of the Ministry Outreach Center's Vehicle Donation Program, and fleet management.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field.5 years of supervisory experience is required. A combination of education and experience can be substituted. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Ability to manage diverse processes within and across departments. Willingness to work weekend and evenings during Holiday Events or peak times. Willingness and ability to obtain a Used Car Salesperson License within first 90 days of employment. Must possess current Colorado driver's license with good driving record. Must possess a desire to serve those in need in an unbiased and respectful manner. Active Driver's License and ability to meet DRM insurability standards, as a limited amount of work-related travel may be required. Must be a Christian holding to the beliefs set forth in the Statement of Faith, expressed by a personal testimony and Christian conduct.
