Employee Insights Specialist

Key responsibilities: Lead enterprise employee listening programs, including engagement and pulse surveys Analyze and interpret survey data to identify trends and inform talent strategies Develop reports and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in employee listening, people analytics, or organizational development Proficiency in survey methodology and experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics Experience building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
