QA Insight Specialist

Key responsibilities: Review and analyze QA results to provide insights and present findings to the QA department and wider organization Act as the point of contact for appeals regarding initial statistical QA and provide feedback on scoring outcomes Manage and analyze data from various sources, communicating findings to senior stakeholders within and outside the Risk department

Required qualifications: Experience in Quality Assurance with knowledge of QA processes, including scorecards and Scorebuddy Strong computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets and presentation deck creation Ability to analyze data effectively to identify areas of improvement and strength Demonstrated stakeholder management skills to navigate the business for information and answers Good judgment and decision-making skills with a focus on analytical reasoning
