Key responsibilities:
Support the development and maintenance of the Information Technology Service Management Plan and assess the effectiveness of the Service Management System
Conduct process audits and quality reviews to evaluate compliance with established standards and validate performance against Service Level Agreements
Analyze service performance data to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve service quality
Required qualifications:
Active Secret clearance or higher
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
Current ITIL Foundation certification or higher
