Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end controllership for MOGE and IS/IT spend, ensuring accurate accounting and actionable financial insights
Serve as a strategic finance co-pilot to senior leaders, translating financial results into clear risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Own the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and management reporting for assigned financial scopes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including financial planning and analysis
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting and cost management
Experience managing complex cost structures and allocation methodologies
Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a transformational environment
