Key responsibilities:
Assist patients in understanding their accounts and offer suitable payment solutions
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while accurately documenting interactions
Meet performance goals with ongoing support and coaching
Required qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Ability to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust with patients
A reliable and detail-oriented work style
Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
