Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in wholesale brokerage or carrier relations
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
Deep expertise in insurance market structures and compliance requirements
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
