Key responsibilities:
Conduct high volumes of customer contact to promote and renew coverage and sell ancillary products
Facilitate the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and submitted
Document sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and maintain customer relationships post-sale
Required qualifications:
Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
