Property and Casualty Sales Specialist

Key responsibilities: Educate and support prospective customers through inbound interactions, delivering exceptional service Build trust with pet owners by understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions Manage high inbound call volumes while maintaining customer experience and meeting individual sales goals

Required qualifications: 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume B2C sales or inbound call center environment Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain an active Property and Casualty (P&C) license Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics Strong aptitude for navigating multiple digital platforms and accurately documenting customer interactions Experience working remotely with a reliable hard-wired internet connection and a distraction-free home-office setup
