About The Role: In this position, you will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of corporate matters, including: M&A transactions and private equity deals Public and private securities work Venture capital financings and emerging company representation Corporate governance, formation, and general corporate maintenance Licensing, corporate finance, and strategic commercial transactions The role provides direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to grow within a practice known for its strategic advisory approach and business-minded legal solutions.
