About the Role: The key responsibilities of the role include executing end-to-end M&A transactions across the TMT sector, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory mandates.

Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end M&A transactions across the TMT sector, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory mandates Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, valuation analyses) Prepare client materials including pitchbooks, CIMs, management presentations, and board-level content Coordinate due diligence processes, liaising with clients, counterparties, and advisors Support senior bankers in client interactions and relationship management Mentor and oversee Analysts, ensuring high-quality output across workstreams

Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A preferred) Strong transaction experience with demonstrable involvement in live deals Solid financial modelling and valuation skillset Prior exposure to TMT is advantageous, but not required Background from a leading investment bank or elite boutique preferred Strong academic track record Required Skills Experience in Investment Banking (M&A) Ability to work on live M&A transactions end-to-end Exposure to the TMT sector Preferred Skills Prior exposure to TMT Background from a leading investment bank or elite boutique Pay range and compensation package Highly competitive compensation structure (base + bonus) Equal Opportunity Statement Everet Marsh is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
