New Graduate Registered Nurse

HealthONE is seeking a New Grad RN to deliver safe, evidence-based care across our Denver facilities. In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, assist with procedures, and monitor patient progress using advanced technology and electronic health records. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, experienced nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality standards Participate in orientation, preceptorship, and ongoing training Patient assessment Medication administration Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation IV insertion and management Wound care Vital signs monitoring and interpretation Basic life support (BLS) Care planning Infection control practices Patient and family education Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Colorado RN license or eligibility Associate or BSN in Nursing from accredited program BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) ACLS preferred or obtained within designated timeframe Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
