Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic Keep our operations running at peak performance as a Maintenance Mechanic with Perdue Agribusiness. In this hands-on role, you will play a critical part in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding the mechanical equipment that powers our production facilities. From performing preventative maintenance and diagnosing equipment failures to fabricating components and responding to emergency breakdowns, you will help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Working alongside experienced maintenance and operations teams, you will use your mechanical expertise and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement efforts. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, safety-focused professional who enjoys working with industrial equipment, tackling technical challenges, and making a direct impact on operational success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is within a union-represented collective bargaining unit. This will be a 12 hour rotating shift. This position has a base rate of $31.14 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable.
