They are looking for a dynamic Global R2R leader to join their organization and lead the BPO Accounting operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain a structured engagement model that aligns Record-to-Report (R2R) services with evolving business objectives. Oversee the outsourced service provider supporting the R2R function Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators and service level targets Lead a robust issue and exception management framework that promotes transparency, risk mitigation, and compliance with corporate governance requirements. Act as the senior relationship manager for assigned business and finance executives, including the CFO, CAO, Business Unit Presidents, and Finance leadership teams
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
12+ years of experience including managing BPO/ Outsourced Accounting operations Ownership of a global R2R tower Strong Technical Accounting foundation
COMPENSATION: $180,000 - $210,000 + 20-25% Bonus
