Key responsibilities:
Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation and multi-entity consolidation
Manage the annual financial statement audit and coordinate with external tax firms for compliance and reporting
Lead process improvement initiatives and manage a remote accounting team to enhance efficiency and automation
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or software company
Advanced QuickBooks Online experience, including multi-entity and multi-currency setups
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606 revenue recognition
Experience managing external financial statement audits as the primary point of contact
