This role will focus on HVAC and mechanical system design while working closely with architects, engineers, and other project team members.
What You’ll Do:
Design HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial building projects
Develop construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Create and modify designs using Revit and AutoCAD
Assist with mechanical calculations, system layouts, and equipment selections
Coordinate designs with architects, electrical engineers, plumbing designers, and other disciplines
Support projects through design development and construction documentation
Help resolve design and coordination issues throughout the project
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with commercial building projects
Experience designing HVAC and mechanical systems
Proficiency with Revit
AutoCAD experience is preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Mechanical Engineering degree preferred for Engineer-level candidates
Engineering degree is not required for Designer-level candidates
