Seeking a seasoned Ohio Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage litigation from intake through trial, advocate for clients in various legal settings, and develop tailored strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Lead litigation end-to-end, managing cases through strategy development, discovery, and settlement negotiations
Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
Required qualifications:
10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
Active Ohio Bar license required; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred
Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage a full caseload in a remote environment
