Key responsibilities: Manage a primarily pre-suit caseload involving auto accidents and premises liability cases Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy while collaborating with case managers and support staff Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and handle all aspects of litigation preparation

Required qualifications: Active Oregon State Bar license in good standing (Washington license is a plus) 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience Experience managing pre-suit and litigation caseloads from intake through resolution Strong experience with civil discovery, motion practice, pleadings, and depositions Experience handling auto and premises liability cases, including mediation and settlement negotiations
