Alaska Licensed Account Specialist

Key responsibilities: Document and monitor timelines for successful renewal and new sale implementations Ensure accurate and complete data submissions from producers and employer groups Research and resolve service issues while providing support for complex inquiries

Required qualifications: Associate's degree or two years of relevant work experience Three years of work experience, including two years in sales or benefit administration and one year in customer service Possess or obtain an Agent's license within 60 days of hire Knowledge of Premera products and operations is preferred Experience with CRM applications is helpful but not required
