Define and execute the product strategy for expanding OSV's offerings beyond the Workday ecosystem
Own the product vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap for TaxEx and Treasury capabilities, ensuring alignment with market needs
Translate prioritized market opportunities into scalable product offerings and partner-ready solution packages, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive product management or leadership experience in B2B or enterprise products
Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and taking new-market products from discovery to commercialization
Experience with platform products, ecosystems, APIs, and multi-party B2B solutions
Strong capabilities in product discovery, market analysis, and outcome measurement
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively
