Director of Product Management

Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the commercial platform, ensuring a coherent system from offer definition to billing and renewal Lead high-impact commercial platform initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to frame problems and drive decisions Coach and develop team members to translate platform priorities into coordinated execution across multiple delivery teams

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Strategy, Technology, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of experience in product management or related leadership roles, with a focus on B2B SaaS commercial capabilities Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on product leader, moving from high-level strategy to detailed problem-solving Experience leading and developing product or technical teams, creating accountability across multiple delivery teams Strong commercial judgment with the ability to connect customer experience, business models, and operational constraints
