Driving the CAPS AI-powered product roadmap, the full-time remote Director of Technical Product Management will oversee system availability, performance, and security features while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer trust and deliver innovative technical product marketing programs.

Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in technical product management or a related field, preferably in high tech Strong background in cloud-scale architectures and technologies Experience applying AI for product and workflow automation Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and set a product vision Hands-on experience creating technical product assets, including presentations and marketing materials
