Key Responsibilities:
Develop and advance enterprise strategies to strengthen workforce capability and readiness for future business needs
Conduct external benchmarking and strategic research to assess workforce capability trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Lead high-priority workforce development initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in strategy, workforce development, or organizational development
Experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Strong knowledge of future workforce trends and skills-based organizations
