Lead advanced analytics and forecasting to anticipate talent requirements and provide actionable insights for executives
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; master's preferred
10+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning and HR strategy/consulting
Advanced analytical and forecasting skills, including scenario modeling
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
Proven project/program management skills with experience in a matrixed environment
