Employee Benefits Consultant

Transamerica Corporation is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant to retain assets and ensure client satisfaction for 401(k), DB or MEP plans. You will lead annual plan reviews, provide consultative guidance, and present to brokers to maintain and grow retirement program assets. The role requires extensive travel (>50%), remote field work, and collaboration with clients, advisors and TPAs to optimize plan design and participant solutions.
