Staff Accountant / Sr Accountant (Fully Remote)

Key Responsibilities: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and assist with month-end close tasks such as accruals, prepaids, and journal entries. Support billing/invoicing for both US and UK entities across multiple currencies and manage full-cycle accounts payable. Maintain well-documented records, support intercompany transaction tracking, and prepare Deferred Revenue schedules.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 1–3 years of accounting experience, including exposure to AP, billing, and reconciliations. Experience with ERP/accounting software and Maxio; familiarity with multi-currency or multi-entity accounting is a plus.
