Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for engagement teams, procurement specialists, and third parties regarding TPRM requests
Explain clearance requirements and timelines, set expectations, and proactively communicate status updates and next steps
Manage a high-volume portfolio of active records, prioritizing requests based on urgency, business impact, and deadlines
Required Qualifications:
1 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing, service desk, or coordination role
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
Experience with stakeholder support and maintaining accurate documentation
US citizenship required; W2 candidates only
