Educating healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives, the full-time Virtual Diagnostic Specialist will work remotely to raise awareness of testing programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for stakeholder education and training.
Key responsibilities: Lead education on genetic testing and identify needs within the IRD healthcare community Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement diagnostic strategies Engage and educate healthcare providers and key opinion leaders on genetic testing resources and best practices
Required qualifications: BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD) Minimum 3-4 years of experience in pharma/biotech, clinical/medical, or diagnostics Proficiency with CRM platforms and virtual meeting technologies Experience collaborating with key opinion leaders and stakeholders Knowledge of ophthalmology strongly preferred
