Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs. Utilize independent judgment and clinical expertise to apply relevant treatment modalities, including hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Engage with patients through constant communication, offering encouragement, feedback, and educating them about their home exercise programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to devise comprehensive rehabilitation strategies. With a focus on manual therapy and functional rehabilitation, you'll assist patients of all ages, from children to seniors, in regaining their physical capabilities. Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida. At least three years of relevant experience in the field of physical therapy, demonstrating a strong foundation in patient care. Proficient in current therapeutic techniques and methodologies, alongside a commitment to ongoing professional development. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience: While three years of experience is required, candidates with experience in specialized treatments such as sports rehabilitation or manual therapy will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
