Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the physical impairments, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs of patients. Design and implement individualized treatment plans that include evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education. Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, tailored to each patient's plan to enhance recovery. Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes systematically, making adjustments to therapy plans based on patient response and clinical guidelines. Teach patients and their families about effective home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and the importance of lifestyle modifications to promote recovery. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to share insights and coordinate holistic care approaches. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida. Minimum of three years of professional experience in physical therapy or related healthcare fields. Strong clinical skills with proficiency in various therapeutic and manual techniques. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package.
