Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs. Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance mobility and pain relief. Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and objectives. Train patients and their caregivers on effective use of assistive devices, ensuring comfort and understanding of therapeutic procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, continuing education courses, and networking opportunities in the field of physical therapy. Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population includes children and adults recovering from injuries, surgeries, chronic conditions, and other diagnoses that affect mobility and quality of life. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred. A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida. Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and documentation. Proficient in using technology and software related to patient management, documentation, and communication. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility and adaptability in managing diverse patient needs.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in a clinical setting is preferred, though exceptional new graduates with appropriate clinical internships may be considered. Experience in developing and implementing specialized treatment plans for various diagnoses. Familiarity with rehabilitation technologies and techniques.
