Leading the research strategy in a remote capacity, the full-time Vice President of Research will build a multiyear research agenda, define performance metrics, and translate findings into actionable business strategies to demonstrate value for customers.
Key responsibilities: Build and lead a multiyear research agenda aligned with ESO strategy and priorities Define metrics, benchmarks, and standards for evaluating performance and build reporting practices Lead return on investment (ROI) studies and translate research findings into business strategy
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred 10 or more years of progressive experience, including at least five years in research and performance measurement Demonstrated research record, such as published work or funded research Experience defining metrics and building performance frameworks at an organizational level Proven ability to translate data into business decisions and measurable results
