CRM Campaign Specialist - Retail/Ecommerce LHH is partnered with a well-known, national retail leader to recruit for a hands-on, full-time, CRM Campaign Specialist to join a growing team within the retail/e-commerce industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical execution behind customer marketing campaigns and wants exposure to multiple consumer brands.
Location: RemoteIf candidates are in Nashville, Dallas, Salt Lake City - Hybrid
Compensation: $85K–$95K + benefits

Role Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on email or CRM campaign production experience in an enterprise ESP; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Litmus, or Braze strongly preferred in a retail/ecommerce industry sector. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, with the ability to troubleshoot rendering issues independently. Working knowledge of SQL and data extensions for audience building, or clear aptitude and willingness to become proficient quickly. Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated QA discipline; comfortable being personally accountable for defect-free sends. Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent campaigns and deadlines across multiple brands. Understanding of email and SMS compliance fundamentals Clear written communication and a collaborative, dependable working style.
