Key responsibilities:
Deliver quality training on the Intensive Home-Based Treatment model to behavioral health professionals
Provide coaching and consultation to IHBT programs to ensure model fidelity and consistency
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of statewide training processes and track training attendance
Required qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human development, or a related field
Independent licensure with supervisory credentials in a relevant discipline (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
Minimum of two years of experience in training, management, and program implementation in mental health or substance abuse
