Locations: Northern California/Oregon
Central CaliforniaND, SD, NEIL, WI, IASouth Texas
Position Overview: As a 1099 Independent Contractor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales goals and implementing activities to increase the sell-through of our products. Your efforts will focus on training, merchandising, and conducting events to drive product visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Actively work to meet or exceed sales targets within your designated territory, employing strategic planning and execution.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions with retail staff and partners to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote our products effectively.
  • Merchandising: Implement merchandising best practices to maximize product visibility and consumer engagement in retail locations.
  • Events: Plan and execute promotional events, in-store demonstrations, Trade shows, Markets and other activities that foster customer interaction and increase brand awareness.
  • Market Insight: Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within your territory.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance. Provide regular updates and insights to management. Expectations:
  • Demonstrate proactive sales techniques and effective communication with retail partners.
  • Utilize resources efficiently to optimize your performance within the territory.
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers to enhance product placement and sales opportunities. Compensation Structure:
  • This position operates on a commission basis, with earnings directly tied to sales performance.
