Key responsibilities:
Lead global accounting treatment and compliance for lease contracts under ASC 842, collaborating with Real Estate, Sourcing, and Legal teams
Review and approve right-of-use asset/liability schedules, journal entries, and cash flow disclosure packages for financial reporting
Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive accounting tasks and improve workflows across Oracle Financials and peripheral systems
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience with deep knowledge of US GAAP, specifically ASC 842 lease accounting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern enterprise ERP systems, such as Oracle Financials
Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into daily business workflows
Proven ability to manage cross-functional priorities and communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders
