Key responsibilities:
Coordinate month-end and quarter-end close activities across international entities, ensuring timely and accurate results
Mentor and develop accountants in multiple countries, setting priorities and creating consistent processes
Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and implement accounting controls and standard operating procedures
Required qualifications:
CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
6 years of overall experience, including 2 years in corporate accounting and 3-4 years of audit firm experience highly desirable
Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with demonstrated ability to lead remote teams
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and experience managing accounting teams across multiple countries
