Business & Commercial Law Paralegal (Fully Remote)

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain formation documents, governance documents, and commercial agreements. Support mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, closing processes, and regulatory filings. Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to coordinate deliverables.

Requirements: At least 5 years of paralegal or attorney experience, with 2+ years in U.S. business law. Strong practical knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and commercial transactions. Proficiency with legal case management, Microsoft Office 365, and AI tools. Fully remote based in Ireland with availability during U.S. business hours.
