You'll work closely with clients, coordinate medical treatment, and assist your attorney in building strong, organized, and successful cases. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping people — we want to hear from you. Remote role for candidates located in the Denver area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of their case
- Collaborate closely under a direct attorney to support case strategy and execution
- Coordinate client medical treatment and track ongoing care
- Gather, analyze, and organize medical records and billing
- Assist in preparing demand packages and case documentation
- Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date digital case files
- Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates
Qualifications:
- Bilingual - English & Spanish (required)
- Previous experience as a Litigation Case Manager is highly preferred
- Pre-litigation experience is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
