Roving- Residential Maintenance Technician (Sign on Bonus)

Compensation Range: The hourly pay for this position is $27- 28 / hour + mileage. Final compensation is based on experience, education, skills, internal equity, and organizational budget. This position is part of the Property Operations job family. Potential career paths include other leadership roles depending on organizational needs and performance.
